4th local event "Gourmet Slavonia, Baranja and Srijem"

4th local event was organized in the framework of the new touristic programme named „Gourmet Slavonia, Baranja and Srijem“ from 17th to 18th of October, 2018 in Osijek, Croatia.

This main aim of this event was to promote local products and local producers but also their importance in tourism. Except that, event promoted the importance of using seasonal food through a cooking show within which chiefs Tomica Đukić and Andrej Kristek were preparing meals made from local products for the citizens. Panel discussion was also organized and within it speakers discussed about local production, importance of linking the producers, food routes from producers to consumers („zero-km“) and branding local products in accordance with the world trends.
